⭐ How You Earn Points

You’ll earn points every month during the earning period. Points from orders are calculated on the CV amount of the order (non-commissionable items are excluded).

Personal Orders — 1 point for every dollar spent on orders placed from your personal account
Personal New Customer / Affiliate Volume — 1 point for every dollar spent on all orders placed by your new Customers and Affiliates during their signup month and the following month
MVP Qualification — 50 points for every 3 new personal Customers and/or Affiliates in one month (minimum order amount of $130, excluding shipping and sales tax)
Personal Paid Rank — 25–2,000 points issued monthly based on your paid rank for the month
Attend Platinum Retreat — 300 points (June 26 & 27)
Personally Enrolled New Bronze Fast Start Achiever — 50 points each
Promote a Personal New Gold Affiliate — 250 points when you help one of your personally enrolled Affiliates advance to Gold for the first time (you must personally hold the rank of Gold or higher)
VIP Membership — 1,000 points for joining the VIP Incentive Club
VIP Double Points — as a VIP member, double points on your personal orders and your new Customer and Affiliate orders in February, March, and July
Special Activity Points — given for special promotions offered throughout the incentive

🛏️ Cruise Your Way — Cabin & Upgrade Options

Points over 12,500 for a single passenger or 20,000 for two passengers can be used to purchase cabin upgrades. If you don’t have enough points to earn the upgrade, you are able to purchase the upgrade. Upgrades are based on availability and not guaranteed.

Upgrade from Inside Cabin (per person):

Interior with Virtual Balcony: 500 pts or $50
Promenade View: 1,250 pts or $125
Ocean View Balcony: 2,500 pts or $250
Jr. Suite: 9,000 pts or $1,000

Additional Guest Pricing (3rd & 4th guests, per person):

Inside Cabin: $250
Promenade View: $250
Ocean View Balcony: $250
Jr. Suite: Not available

Affiliates who qualify to attend may purchase additional passages for family members within the same cabin. Cabins that hold 3 or 4 passengers are very limited and based on availability. A request for a second cabin will be granted based on availability.

Final price includes taxes and port charges.

📌 Program Rules

You must earn a minimum of 7,500 points to participate in the program, up to a maximum of 40,500 points — all points over 40,500 will be forfeited.
A maximum of one cabin may be earned.
Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be carried over to the next program.
Points must be used toward the purchase of the Inside Cabin level prior to using any points toward upgrades.
Affiliates purchasing a single passage will be roomed with another Affiliate unless they would like to purchase the second guest fare. Single guests will only be allowed to upgrade if there is another single Affiliate requesting an upgrade as well. You will have the option of requesting a roommate.
Affiliates may not purchase a ticket on this sailing from another vendor and participate with the Frequense group activities.
The cruise line does not allow infants under the age of 6 months, or women who are on or past their 24th week of pregnancy.
This package includes an Inside Cabin (category 4V), port charges and taxes, Frequense special meetings/events, and Frequense gifts.

🗓️ Cabin Selection

Cabin selection opened June 1, 2026, prior to the close of the earning period.
Requests are made through the Rise & Vibe Cruise Hub and must be accompanied by the required deposit.
Requests submitted by June 15 went to the highest point earners; after June 15, cabin requests are assigned as they are received with deposits.

💎 VIP Club Membership

Affiliates could purchase one VIP Membership at a cost of $100 prior to April 1, 2026 (enrollment is now closed). VIP Members receive:

1,000 points
Double personal activity points in February, March, and July

This purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

💳 Deposits & Payment Schedule

Affiliates who have earned enough points to cover their entire request are not required to make a deposit to request their cabin. However, requests should only be made if you are planning on participating — cancellation penalties do apply and are based on the value of the cabin being held.

Affiliates with balances after using their points must pay their balance in full by August 17, 2026. Payments are made in $5 increments through your back office at my.frequense.com (Shop → Events → Rise & Vibe Incentive Payment).

⚠️ If your balance due is not paid by August 17, 2026, your registration will be canceled and your cabin will be released.

❌ Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is strictly adhered to and coincides with Royal Caribbean. Refund amounts are based on the cabin value, not the total funds that have been collected from the affiliate. Affiliates who have not paid enough to cover the penalty will be charged the difference.
