We’re so excited to have you join us for the Frequense Rise & Vibe Cruise Incentive 2026! Please read carefully and complete each step to secure your spot.

Ship: Wonder of the Seas (Royal Caribbean International) — the largest class of cruise ship in the world
Itinerary: Miami → Nassau, Bahamas → Perfect Day at CocoCay → Miami
Sail Dates: November 2–6, 2026
Earning Period: February 2026 – July 2026

✅ Step 1: Request Your Cabin

Cabin selection opened June 1, 2026. All attendees must complete the official registration using their legal name exactly as it appears on their passport or birth certificate.

Requests must be accompanied by the required deposit if you have a balance after applying your points.
Requests submitted by June 15 were assigned to the highest point earners; after June 15, cabin requests are assigned as they are received with deposits.
During registration you’ll also select your dinner time: 5:00 PM, 7:30 PM, or My Time Dining. Set-time guests are seated together with the Frequense group; My Time guests make their own dining reservations.
Once your request (and deposit, if applicable) is received, you’ll be added to the Rise & Vibe Cruise Incentive Facebook Group.

💳 Step 2: Deposits & Payment Schedule

If your points cover your entire request, no deposit is required — but only submit a request if you plan to attend, since cancellation penalties apply based on the value of the cabin being held.

If you have a balance after using your points, it must be paid in full by August 17, 2026. ⚠️ If your balance due is not paid by August 17, your registration will be canceled and your cabin will be released.

How to pay:

Log in to your back office at my.frequense.com.
Go to the Shop tab, then select Events.
Choose Rise & Vibe Incentive Payment.
Payments are made in $5 increments — divide your balance due by 5 to get the quantity to enter. (Example: if you owe $200, enter quantity 40.)
Complete checkout to submit your payment securely.

🚫 Step 3: Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy is strictly adhered to and coincides with Royal Caribbean. Refund amounts are based on the cabin value, not the total funds collected — affiliates who have not paid enough to cover the penalty will be charged the difference.

Cancellations must be made through support@frequense.com on or prior to 5:00 PM CT on the date listed.

💡 Travel insurance is available — we offer Royal Caribbean’s travel insurance as an option when you register for the cruise. Just ask for the information during registration.

🧾 Step 4: Program Rules & Eligibility

You must earn a minimum of 7,500 points to participate, up to a maximum of 40,500 points (points over 40,500 are forfeited).
Your cruise cost is based on your total points earned: starting at $600 (one guest) or $1,250 (two guests) with 7,500 points — the cruise is FREE at 13,750 points for one guest, or 20,000 points for two. See the full cost table in the Rise & Vibe Cruise Incentive Trip overview.
Maximum of one cabin may be earned per affiliate.
Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot roll over.
Points must be applied to the base Inside Cabin before upgrades.
Affiliates may not purchase a ticket on this sailing from another vendor and participate with the Frequense group activities.
The cruise line does not allow infants under 6 months of age, or women on or past their 24th week of pregnancy.

🪪 Step 5: Before You Register

Ensure your travel documents are valid for at least six months after the cruise ends — your passport should be valid through at least early May 2027.
