Below are the most common questions and answers about the Frequense Rise & Vibe Cruise Incentive 2026 aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas.
How are my points used?
Points are applied in the following order:
- Base Inside Cabin
- Cabin Upgrades
You must earn a minimum of 7,500 points to participate, up to a maximum of 40,500 points (points over 40,500 are forfeited). Points must be used toward the Inside Cabin level before any points go toward upgrades.
What is included with the Base Inside Cabin?
The package includes:
- Inside cabin (Category 4V)
- Port charges and taxes
- Frequense special meetings and events
- Frequense gifts
Note: Onboard gratuities are not included. Royal Caribbean charges $18.50 per person, per day for Inside, Ocean View, Balcony, and Junior Suite staterooms.
What sizes are the cabins?
- Inside Cabin: approx. 172 sq. ft.
- Interior with Virtual Balcony: approx. 172 sq. ft. (with a floor-to-ceiling HD screen showing real-time ocean views)
- Promenade View: approx. 194 sq. ft.
- Ocean View Balcony: approx. 182 sq. ft. with 50 sq. ft. balcony
- Jr. Suite: approx. 287 sq. ft. with 80 sq. ft. balcony
What if I am traveling alone?
- Affiliates purchasing a single passage will be roomed with another Affiliate, unless they would like to purchase the second guest fare.
- You will have the option of requesting a roommate.
- Single guests will only be allowed to upgrade if there is another single Affiliate requesting an upgrade as well.
Can points be used for all passengers?
Points can only be applied toward the first two passengers in a cabin.
Are cabins available for 3 or 4 passengers?
Yes — affiliates who qualify to attend may purchase additional passages for family members within the same cabin at $250 per person in Inside, Promenade View, and Ocean View Balcony cabins (not available in Junior Suites; final price includes taxes and port charges). Cabins that hold 3 or 4 passengers are very limited and based on availability.
Can I bring more than 3 guests?
A request for a second cabin will be granted based on availability. Points cannot be applied toward the second cabin. Contact support@frequense.com for pricing.
Can I book connecting cabins?
Currently, connected cabins are not in our inventory. They usually cost slightly more per person for the first two passengers. If you are interested, please contact us to check pricing.
Can I book cabins next to each other?
Yes. Several cabins are available side by side. Ocean View Balcony cabins may also request to have the balcony divider opened to create a larger shared space.
Are accessible cabins available?
Yes, but they are limited. If you qualify, notify us immediately to secure availability.
How does dinner seating work?
You chose your dining time when you registered: 5:00 PM, 7:30 PM, or My Time Dining. If you picked 5:00 or 7:30, you’ll be seated together with our Frequense group at that time each night. If you picked My Time Dining, you are responsible for making your own dining reservations — book them in the Cruise Planner before sailing or in the Royal Caribbean app onboard.
How are food allergies handled?
Royal Caribbean can accommodate most allergies and special diets (gluten-free, kosher, low-sodium, and more). Note your needs when completing your shipboard registration, and speak with your head waiter on the first day. Royal Caribbean recommends emailing special dietary requests to special_needs@rccl.com at least 45 days before sailing.
How are cabins assigned?
Cabin selection opened June 1, 2026 through the Rise & Vibe Cruise Hub. Requests submitted by June 15 were assigned to the highest point earners; after June 15, cabin requests are assigned as they are received with deposits.
Do I need to make a deposit?
If your points cover your entire request, no deposit is required. If you have a balance after applying your points, it must be paid in full by August 17, 2026 — if it is not, your registration will be canceled and your cabin will be released.
Only submit a cabin request if you plan to attend — cancellation penalties apply based on the value of the cabin being held, even if your cruise was fully covered by points.
Am I able to cancel my reservation?
Yes — cancellations must be emailed to support@frequense.com by 5:00 PM CT on the date listed. Refunds are based on the cabin value, not total funds collected; if you haven’t paid enough to cover the penalty, you will be charged the difference.
- June 1 – July 31, 2026: 100% refund
- August 1 – 31, 2026: 50% refund
- September 1 – 30, 2026: 25% refund
- On or after October 1, 2026: No refund
Is travel insurance available?
Yes — we offer Royal Caribbean’s travel insurance as an option when you register for the cruise. Just ask for the information during registration.
Where do I complete my registration?
Through the Rise & Vibe Cruise Hub (this is only for those who have earned the cruise). Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your passport or birth certificate.
How do I make my payments?
- Log in to your back office at my.frequense.com.
- Go to the Shop tab, then select Events.
- Choose Rise & Vibe Incentive Payment.
- Payments are made in $5 increments — divide your balance due by 5 to get the quantity to enter (owe $200 → quantity 40).
⚠️ Balances must be paid in full by August 17, 2026 or your registration will be canceled and your cabin released.
I can’t attend. Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be carried over to future programs.
Can I book this cruise on my own instead?
No — affiliates may not purchase a ticket on this sailing from another vendor and participate with the Frequense group activities.
Will all of my guests receive gifts?
- Each guest will receive an event shirt.
- Additional gifts are provided only to the Affiliate and their first guest.
Are there any age or pregnancy restrictions?
The cruise line does not allow infants under the age of 6 months, or women who are on or past their 24th week of pregnancy.
What time do we board the ship?
- Departure: Royal Caribbean Terminal A, PortMiami — 2000 N Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL 33132
