This article explains when commissions are paid and what to expect if you see multiple payouts or short delays.
As of May 8, 2026, all commissions and bonuses are deposited directly into your Frequense Wallet inside your back office. To move funds to your bank account, you'll transfer them from your Frequense Wallet to your eWallet, then withdraw from your eWallet to your bank. See our Getting Started with Your Frequense Wallet article for full details.
Weekly commissions
Weekly commissions (first order commissions) are paid every Friday.
In some cases, we are able to process weekly commissions early, and you may see them arrive on Thursday instead.
Monthly commissions
Monthly commissions — your team rewards from the previous month — are paid on the 15th of each month.
- Monthly commissions are typically processed on the 14th and deposited to your Frequense Wallet on the 15th, so funds are available early that day.
- If the 15th falls on a weekend, monthly commissions are processed on the Friday prior.
When weekly & monthly commissions overlap
We strive to pay commissions as early as possible. On some payout days, weekly and monthly commissions may be processed on the same day.
Because weekly and monthly commissions are two separate processes, they do not post at the same time:
- Weekly commissions are generally processed first
- Monthly commissions are processed afterward
- You may see one payment before the other
- A short delay between the two payouts is normal while processing completes
This does not indicate a missing or failed payment.
eWallet email notifications
When you transfer funds from your Frequense Wallet to your eWallet, eWallet sends an email notification as soon as we notify them that your funds are available.
If you receive an email from eWallet but do not immediately see the funds in your account, this is normal. Please allow about one hour for processing before checking again.
