What It Is
Team Rewards are a monthly residual bonus paid on the product volume of your entire team — your personal orders, your customer orders, and your affiliate downline orders.
You earn the difference between your Team Reward % and your downline’s Team Reward %. This ensures leaders are rewarded for building and supporting their teams.

Rachel is a Gold Affiliate (25%).
Allison, in her team, is a Copper Affiliate (10%).
Rachel earns the 15% difference (25% – 10%) on Allison’s group sales.
If Allison’s team produces $10,000 in volume that month, Rachel earns $1,500 in Team Rewards.
