Advancing through the ranks is based on a combination of your Personal Product Sales (PPS), Active Customers, Active Affiliates, and Group Sales Volume (GV). Each rank also has a maximum percentage of volume that can count from any single leg to ensure balance in your organization.

FAQs: Affiliate Level Advancement
1. What counts as Personal Product Sales (PPS)?
PPS is the total of your own product purchases each month.
To qualify as Copper–Silver, you need $44 in PPS.
For Gold and above, you need $100 in PPS.
2. What is an Active Retail Customer?
An Active Retail Customer is someone you personally enrolled who places a single order of at least $44 subtotal(before taxes and shipping).
3. What is an Active Affiliate?
An Active Affiliate is a personally enrolled affiliate who has at least $44 in PPS for that calendar month.
4. Does my PPS also count toward my Group Sales?
Yes, your PPS does count toward Group Sales (GV).
Example: If you’re aiming for Silver ($2,500 GV) and you have $100 in PPS, that $100 is included in your team’s GV.
5. How does the “Max % from one leg” rule work?
To qualify for a rank, only a portion of your Group Sales can come from one strong leg:
Copper–Platinum: Max 60% from one leg
Double Platinum and higher: Max 40% from one leg
This ensures your business is balanced and not built entirely on one team.
Example – Silver ($2,500 GV):
Max from one leg = $1,500.
If Leg A does $2,500 but your other legs do $0, you won’t qualify.
You’d need at least $1,000 from other legs.
Example – Diamond ($100,000 GV):
Max from one leg = $40,000.
Even if one leg does $100,000, you still need $60,000 spread across your other legs.
6. Does my affiliate discount stack with my subscription discount?
No. Discounts do not stack. You will always receive whichever is higher between:
10% Subscription Discount, or
Your Affiliate Discount (5%–30% based on rank).
Example:
If you are a Copper Affiliate (10% discount) with a subscription (10% discount), your discount remains 10%.
If you are a Gold Affiliate (25% discount) with a subscription, your discount will be 25%, since that’s higher than the subscription.
