Managing your subscription billing is simple with Frequense. Here’s what you need to know:
💳 How Billing Works
Subscriptions are automatically billed to the payment method saved on your account.
You will receive an email reminder 5 days prior to your subscription processing.
⚠️ Failed Payments
If your subscription payment declines, our system will automatically retry the payment:
1st retry: 2 days later
2nd retry: 2 days later
3rd retry: 2 days later
If all 3 attempts fail, the order will not process, and you will need to update your payment method to continue your subscription.
❌ Repeated Declines
If your subscription payment declines for 3 consecutive months, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
To restart, you will need to create a new subscription in your account.
🛠 Updating Your Payment Method
You can update payment details anytime under:
My Account > My Subscription > Modify > Payment Method.Be sure to update at least 3 business days before your subscription is set to process.
