At Frequense, we strive to ensure your subscription orders process accurately and on time each month. Please review the following important information regarding your subscription process date and when changes take effect.
📅 Subscription Process Date
If your subscription is scheduled to process on the 26th through the end of the month, it will automatically be moved to process on the 25th of the month.
✏️ Subscription Changes
To ensure your changes are applied correctly, please make any updates to your subscription at least 3 business days before your next process date.
Changes made between the 26th and the end of the month will take effect on next month’s order.
This includes changes to your products, shipping address, payment method, and subscription frequency.
📧 Subscription Reminders
You will receive an email reminder 5 days before your subscription is scheduled to process. This gives you time to review your upcoming order and make any needed adjustments.
