At Frequense, we want to make managing your subscription simple and stress-free. You can modify or cancel your Auto-Ship at any time—no penalties or fees.

Please make any changes at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

🔧 Steps to Modify or Cancel Your Auto-Ship

1. Log in to your account at www.frequense.com or my.frequense.com 

2. Navigate to "My Account" (skip this step if using my.frequense.com)

3. Click on "My Subscription"

4. If you have more than one subscription, select the one you'd like to update

5. Choose Modify or Cancel

6. If modifying, you can:

   • Change your next ship date

   • Add or remove items

   • Update your shipping address

   • Change or add a new payment method
