1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
The Red Light Mask includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Mask failure under normal, intended use
This warranty is separate from the 30-day refund policy and does not include refunds after the initial 30-day period.
Replacement Eligibility (After 30 Days)
If your Red Light Mask experiences an issue after the 30-day return window but within 1 year of purchase, it may be eligible for a replacement under warranty.
To qualify:
The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect
The mask must have been used according to instructions
Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original order number
The original mask must be returned with all components included for inspection
Required Return for Inspection
All warranty replacement requests require the Red Light Mask to be returned and inspected before a replacement is issued.
Warranty testing and evaluation may take 5–7 business days once the mask is received.
All parts must be included:
Mask
Controller
Power cord
Eye cups
Face straps
Returns missing any of these components may be delayed or deemed ineligible for warranty evaluation.
Return Shipping for Inspection
Customers are responsible for shipping the mask to us for warranty inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued and outbound shipping for the replacement will be covered.
If the mask is found to be fully functional or the issue is determined to be user-related, the warranty claim may be denied.
If the claim is denied, customers may choose one of the following:
Have the mask shipped back to them at their expense
Have the item responsibly disposed of at no cost
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What Is Not Covered (User Error)
The warranty does not cover issues caused by user-related factors, including but not limited to:
Improper charging or power source use
Using unapproved cords or adapters
Failure to follow usage instructions
Physical damage (drops, cracks, pressure damage)
Water or moisture exposure
Improper storage or handling
Masks found to be in working condition upon inspection
Replacement Limits
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse:
Warranty coverage is limited to a maximum of two replacements per original order
Replacements do not reset or extend the original 1-year warranty period
If a replacement mask also experiences a confirmed defect, we will work with you on a final resolution, which may include a final replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Store Credit & Points Terms
Store credit is issued to the customer’s account in points
Points expire 90 days from the issue date
Points have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with point-based purchases
After the Warranty Period
Issues reported after the 1-year warranty period are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
