• Frequense offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly through our website.

• Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of receipt.

• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for purchase.

• Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. After initiation, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for your bank to post the credit.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
