If you are registering your Frequense account under an LLC (Limited Liability Company), please follow these steps carefully to ensure your business account is set up correctly.
Step 1: Sign Up with Your LLC Name
Use the exact name listed on your Articles of Incorporation when creating your Frequense account.
This name must also match the government ID of the LLC owner who will be setting up the eWallet.
Step 2: Submit Verification Documents
After signing up, email the following to support@frequense.com:
A clear picture of the front and back of the LLC owner’s government ID
A copy of the Articles of Incorporation
Once reviewed, Frequense will update your profile and add the business account name.
Step 3: Update Your Commissions Information
After your business name has been added to your account:
Log in to your back office.
Go to Profile → Commissions Account.
Fill out the Commissions form using your EIN number as the Tax ID.
Important Requirements
The address on your Articles of Incorporation must match the address on the LLC owner’s government ID.
The LLC owner’s name must match the government ID submitted for eWallet setup.
If you did not create your Frequense account with the exact name and address on your Articles of Incorporation, you will also need to send:
A picture of the front and back of your government ID
A copy of the Articles of Incorporation showing ownership
