Setting up your eWallet allows you to start receiving commissions from Frequense. Please follow the steps carefully to avoid delays.
How to Set Up Your eWallet
Log in to your Back Office at my.frequense.com.
Go to Profile → Commissions Account.

Fill out the form to begin your eWallet setup.
⚠️ Important: The Account Name must match your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID and Tax ID card.

Examples:
U.S. → Social Security Number (SSN)
Canada → Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Mexico → CURP/RFC
Using a nickname, business name, or shortened version of your legal name will cause your eWallet setup to fail.
Be sure to use the same email address that is linked to your Frequense account.

Click Take Me to My Account.
On the eWallet site, watch the setup video and follow the on-screen instructions to finish creating your account.
📱 Accessing Your eWallet with the Mobile App
If you're using the mobile eWallet app, you’ll need to enter the Frequense merchant code to connect your account:
🔐 Merchant Code: 383313
This links your Frequense commissions to your eWallet in the app.
