Find answers to the most common questions about the Refer 3, Get Yours Free program.
Participation
Q: Who can participate?
A: Any customer who makes a purchase is automatically eligible. Affiliates are not eligible.
Q: Where do I find my referral link?
A: Log in to your customer back office at my.frequense.com using the same email and password as frequense.com. Go to Profile → Website/Login to copy your link.
Qualifying Orders
Q: What is a qualifying order?
A: Any new customer order of $44 or more (before tax and shipping).
Q: Do referrals need to order at the same time?
A: No — as long as 3 qualifying orders happen within a rolling 90-day window, they count.
Earning Points
Q: How do I earn rewards?
A: When 3 friends place qualifying orders within 90 days using your referral link, you unlock points.
Q: When do my points show up?
A: Point cycles run Saturday through Friday. After you’ve reached 3 qualifying referrals, your points are calculated at the end of that cycle and deposited into your account the following Friday.
Q: Can I earn more than once?
A: Yes — every set of 3 referrals (3, 6, 9, etc.) unlocks more points.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: You can earn up to 600 points per calendar year.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Yes — points expire 90 days after they’re added.
Q: Can I use points on subscriptions?
A: No — points can only be applied to one-time product purchases.
Q: Can I transfer my points to someone else?
A: No — points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Cancellations & Returns
Q: What happens if one of my referrals cancels or returns their order?
A: Their order will no longer count toward your 3 referrals. Any points you earned from that order will be removed from your balance.
Tracking
Q: Do referrals have to be brand-new customers?
A: Yes — only first-time customers qualify.
Q: Can I track my referrals?
A: Yes — log in to my.frequense.com to see your referrals and their order status.
Commissions & Placement
Q: What happens with my referrals’ order volume?
A: When points are used, they reduce CV (Commissionable Volume) 1:1, but QV (Qualifying Volume) always stays at the full retail value.
Example:
Referral Customers #1, #2, and #3 each order a Rise Tub at $99.99
You earn 30 points per order = 90 points total
You redeem your 90 points on a Rise Tub priced at $99.99
You pay the difference of $9.99 out of pocket
The Affiliate receives:
• CV = $9.99 (reduced by the 90 points)
• QV = $99.99 (full retail value remains)
⚡ In short: CV is reduced by points, but QV is not.
Q: How are commissions (first order bonus) affected by Refer 3?
A: Points reduce CV (Commissionable Volume) 1:1, but QV (Qualifying Volume) stays at full retail. First order bonus is paid at 20% to the upline, and its basis depends on the order:
Referral customers’ first orders (your friends):
The upline receives the 20% first order bonus on those orders. Since those customers aren’t redeeming points on that first order, the bonus is based on full CV = retail subtotal.Referee’s own first order:
If you place a normal first order without using points, the upline gets the 20% first order bonus on the full CV = retail subtotal.
(⚡ CV = the amount actually paid for the product, which may be the retail price or subscription price.)
Example
Referrals #1, #2, #3 each buy a Rise Tub at $99.99 → you earn 30 points each = 90 points.
You wait and use your 90 points on your first-ever Rise Tub ($99.99).
You pay $9.99 out of pocket.
Upline first order bonus is paid on $9.99 CV, while QV remains $99.99.
In short
Referral customers’ first orders → upline gets 20% on full CV.
Referee’s first order with points → upline gets 20% on out-of-pocket CV only.
Referee’s first order without points → upline gets 20% on full CV = retail subtotal (CV = amount paid, either subscription price or retail price).
QV always stays at full retail value.
Q: Where are referrals placed in the organization?
A:
The referee (the customer who is sharing their link):
They are placed on the first level of the affiliate/upline connected to their account. The referee’s referrals (friends/customers they bring in):
Technically, they fall on the second level to the affiliate/upline.
However, for compensation purposes, the affiliate/upline is paid as if those customers were on their first level.
Timing
Q: I already had 2 referrals, but 90 days passed. Do they still count?
A: No — all 3 referrals must be within a rolling 90-day window.
