The Refer 3, Get Yours Free program makes it simple to earn points and redeem them for products you love.
1️⃣ Get Your Link
Log in to your customer back office at my.frequense.com
Use the same email and password you use for frequense.com
Your referral link will be visible on the home page of your back office
You can also find it under Profile → Website/Login
Copy your personal referral link to share with others
2️⃣ Share With Friends
Send your link by text, email, or social media
Any new customer who places a first order of $44+ through your link becomes your referral
3️⃣ View Your Referrals
In your back office, click Reports (left side menu)
You’ll see a report of all your referrals
Use the week drop-down to view which week each referral placed their order
⚡ Reminder: referrals must be brand-new customers
4️⃣ Track Your Earned Points
In your back office, click the Commissions tab (left side menu)
Switch the monthly drop-down to weekly
This shows how many points were earned from each referral order by week
⚠️ Important: You will not see any points until you have reached all 3 qualifying referrals
5️⃣ Unlock Points
Once 3 friends each place a qualifying order within 90 days, you unlock points
Orders do not need to be on the same day
6️⃣ Points Are Deposited
Point cycles run Saturday through Friday
After you have reached 3 qualifying referrals, your points are calculated at the end of that cycle
Points are deposited into your account on the following Friday
7️⃣ Check Your Points Balance
In your back office, click the Points tab (left side menu)
Go to Points Accounts to view your total points available for use
Note: The “Points Transfer” option is currently non-functional
⚠️ Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them
8️⃣ Redeem Points
At checkout, select Apply Points to reduce your order subtotal
Points apply only to one-time purchases (not subscriptions)
Points reduce product subtotal only (not tax or shipping)
If your balance covers the subtotal, your products are free!
⚠️ If your points do not cover the subtotal, you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining balance
9️⃣ Keep Referring
After your first 3, every additional set of 3 referrals (6, 9, 12, etc.) unlocks more points
Maximum 600 points per calendar year
⚡ Example
3 friends each order $125
Each order = 50 points
Total = 150 points unlocked
Added Friday → ready to use at checkout
