You can update your account details directly in your Frequense Back Office.
Steps to Update Your Profile
Log in to your Back Office at my.frequense.com.
Select Profile from the main menu.
Click Edit next to the information you want to change:
Name (must match your government-issued ID – contact Support for corrections)
Email address
Phone number
Mailing/Shipping address
Save your changes.
Important Notes
Name changes require approval and legal documentation. Please contact support@frequense.com with a copy of your government-issued ID and your Social Security card (or equivalent, such as SIN in Canada or CURP/RFC in Mexico).
Email changes must be unique (cannot already be linked to another account).
Subscription Orders: Updating your address in your Profile does not automatically update active subscriptions. You must also update the address under My Subscriptions → Modify → Select Preferred Address.
Always double-check your shipping address before placing an order to prevent delivery delays.
