Need to Update Your Address?

You can update your shipping, billing, or mailing address by following these steps:

1. Log in at frequense.com or my.frequense.com

2. Go to Profile

3. Select Addresses

4. Make your updates and click Save

⚠️ Important:
Updating your address here does not change the address for your subscription orders.
To update your subscription shipping address:

1. Go to My Subscription

2. Select the subscription

3. Click Modify

4. Update the shipping address there
