This guide explains everything that’s covered once you’re on board — plus optional extras to help you budget and set expectations, especially if this is your first time cruising.

✔️ What Is Included

Complimentary Dining (No Extra Charge)

Main Dining Room

Sit-down dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with rotating menus and full service.

Windjammer Café (Buffet)

A large buffet with hot entrées, salads, fruit, international dishes, desserts, and themed selections.

Important Notes About the Windjammer:

  • It closes between breakfast and lunch

  • It closes between lunch and dinner

  • It closes nightly at 8:30 PM

  • Hours vary — check the Royal Caribbean app daily

Café Promenade

A 24/7 grab-and-go café with sandwiches, pastries, cookies, small bites, and included coffee/tea.

Sorrento’s Pizza

Fresh, unlimited pizza slices throughout the day.

Sprinkles (Ice Cream Station)

Located on the pool deck — generally offers vanilla, chocolate, and swirl ice cream cones.

Included Beverages (Free)

  • Water

  • Lemonade

  • Iced tea

  • Hot tea

  • Regular brewed coffee

All other beverages cost extra.

Included Entertainment

All onboard entertainment is included, such as:

  • Live music

  • Comedy shows

  • Production shows

  • Game shows

  • Movies

  • Pool activities

Frequense Private Events

You’ll have access to scheduled Frequense private events throughout the cruise.

Swag Bag

Your Frequense swag bag will be shipped to you before the cruise.

🇲🇽 Important Note for Mexico Affiliates

You will not receive your swag bag in Mexico to avoid packages getting stuck in customs.

Options:

  1. Pick up your swag gift at our Dave & Buster’s meet-up the night before sailing.

    • Optional

    • Food and drinks are not included

    • Corporate staff will be there

  2. If you cannot attend, your swag gift will be brought onto the ship.

  3. If you have a Texas U.S. address, we can ship your swag bag there.

Gratuities (Required by Royal Caribbean)

Automatically charged to your onboard account:

  • $18.00 per person, per day — Inside, Oceanview & Balcony

  • $20.50 per person, per day — Suites

Alcohol, Soda & Specialty Drinks (Optional)

Individual Drink Pricing

  • Cocktails: $10–$16

  • Beer: $7–$9

  • Wine: $9–$15

  • Soda: $3–$4

  • Specialty coffee: $3–$6

Drink Packages — Important Rules

Royal Caribbean enforces rules only for the Deluxe Alcohol Package.

Non-Alcoholic Drink Packages

(Refreshment Package & Classic Soda Package)

  • Charged per person, per day

  • Can be purchased individually; your cabin mate does NOT have to buy one

Classic Soda Package

$11–$18 per day

Includes:

  • Unlimited fountain soda

  • Coca-Cola Freestyle machine access

  • RFID Coca-Cola souvenir cup

Freestyle Machine Rules:

  • Only the Royal Caribbean Freestyle cup works

  • Personal bottles will not dispense soda

Refreshment Package

$29–$42 per day

Includes:

  • Soda

  • Premium coffees

  • Bottled water

  • Fresh juices

  • Mocktails

  • Specialty non-alcoholic drinks

Deluxe Beverage Package (Alcoholic Drink Package)

$78–$120 per day / per 21+ guest in the cabin

Strict Rule (Applies Only to This Package):

If one guest buys the Deluxe Beverage Package,
all guests 21+ in that cabin must purchase it.

Includes:

  • Cocktails, beer, wine

  • Soda

  • Bottled water

  • Juices

  • Mocktails

  • Specialty coffees at onboard cafés (excluding Starbucks)

Important:

  • Starbucks is NOT included

  • Other ship cafés are included

Internet / Wi-Fi (Not Included)

  • Wi-Fi is not included in your cruise fare

  • Purchased separately through Royal Caribbean

  • Packages are per device, unless you choose a multi-device option

Specialty Dining (Optional Add-Ons)

Chops Grille – $55–$69 per person

Giovanni’s Table – $35–$45 per person

Izumi – À la carte or ~$35 fixed menu

Johnny Rockets – $12–$15 per person

Chef’s Table – $95–$120 per person

Cupcake Cupboard — extra charge

Ice Cream Parlor — extra charge

(Sprinkles on the pool deck is included.)

🛳 Cruise Itinerary

Nassau, Bahamas — Cabbage Beach Day

The Frequense corporate team will be spending the day at Cabbage Beach in Nassau.

Possible costs that day:

  • Taxi transportation

  • Any food or drinks purchased at the beach

More details about times and meeting locations will be provided closer to sailing.
