How Payouts Work

• Commission weeks run Saturday through Friday

• Weekly Payouts → Paid the following Friday into your eWallet

• Team Rewards & Other Bonuses → Paid monthly on the 15th for the previous month’s sales

Step 1: Log In

• Go to my.frequense.com

• Log in with your Frequense account details

Step 2: Set Up Your Commissions Account

1. From the left-hand menu, click Profile

2. Select Commissions Account

3. Fill out all required fields and save

Step 3: Complete Your eWallet Setup

1. Go to the eWallet page inside your profile

2. Fill out the form with your payout details

3. Confirm and save

• The name on your account must match your legal ID and tax ID card exactly
