How to Start a Return
Email our Support Team at support@frequense.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Carefully package your items (please include all product containers, even if opened or empty).

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed.
Refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 business days after the product is delivered back to us.
After the refund is initiated, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Affiliates: Please note that per our Policies & Procedures (Section 4.10.iv), returns exceeding $500 in products, services, or sales tools within a 12-month period may result in involuntary termination.
