• Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

2. Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Delivery Times

• U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

• International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

4. Tracking Your Package

• You can track your shipment directly from your confirmation email or by logging into your Frequense accountunder My Orders.

5. What If There’s an Issue?

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us at [e-mail] with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can help.

6. Future Orders & Subscriptions

• Many of our customers set up a subscription to make sure they never run out of their favorite products.
