1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
2. Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Delivery Times
U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
4. Tracking Your Package
You can track your shipment directly from your confirmation email or by logging into your Frequense accountunder My Orders.
5. What If There’s an Issue?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us at support@frequense.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can help.
6. Future Orders & Subscriptions
Many of our customers set up a subscription to make sure they never run out of their favorite products.
You’ll get an email reminder 5 days before your subscription processes, and you can make changes up to 3 days before your process date.
